HOW IT WORKS
All RB Couture designs are created on a freestyle basis, utilizing the CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL ITEMS. Meaning, you send us your garment and we’ll elevate it to a Couture work of art! We select the highest quality fabrics, paints and notions to redesign your garment into a ONE OF ONE statement piece that not only garners attention but commands the room! We do not duplicate any design so no two pieces are exactly alike.
⚠️ BEFORE YOU ORDER
Please be advised, we maintain exclusive rights regarding the direction, implementation and outcome of our one of a kind designs. We do not accept requests or customer input as all custom designs are at our creative discretion. By submitting an order, you agree that we have full creative liberty to design your item which may entail implementing cuts, rips, fraying, adding or subtracting fabric, distressing, painting, etc., as part of the design.

⚠️ NO SPANDEX or STRETCH GARMENTS ARE ALLOWED. Items received containing stretch will be returned at the customer’s expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from our location. NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ______________________________________

The estimated turnaround time for all custom orders is 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your garment. However, if additional time is required to fulfill the order you will be notified. Want your order sooner, we got you! Expedited orders can be processed in 2-3 weeks (from the time we receive your garment) for an additional $100.
Once your order is complete we will email you an invoice for your return shipping fee. Once payment is submitted, your order will ship within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information upon shipping. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR, hence require a signature for delivery from the carrier, so please track your package to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery.
⚠️ We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen packages, or for delays due to the carrier or Inclement weather.

CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
⚠️ NEVER EVER PUT EMBELLISHED GARMENTS IN THE WASHING MACHINE. Take them to a professional dry cleaner who utilizes an all-hand-wash method. Going with an environmentally friendly shop is always a plus as there's a lot less heat used during the cleaning process. Excess heat and steam can affect the details of the embellishments.

Shipping: *PLEASE NOTE* Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout by the carrier and are based on the delivery address and weight of the order. These rates are not determined by JP HARPER NYC.
Standard Delivery: Once an order is processed, the estimated delivery period is between 3-5 business days, depending on your delivery address.
Priority Delivery: Once an order is processed, the estimated delivery period is between 2-4 business days, depending on your delivery address.
Express Delivery: Once an order is processed, the estimated delivery period is between 1-2 business days, depending on the delivery address.
Please be sure to double check the shipping address information you are submitting with your order. An incorrect address name, number or zip code will delay the delivery of your package. Address corrections can not be made once the package has shipped, as it is out of our control. No exceptions. No refunds will be issued for refused, undelivered, unprocessed, abandoned or stolen shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address or order refusal, you must pay the additional shipping charges to reship the package. Once packages have shipped, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. Please contact the shipper with any disputes or concerns regarding a shipment.
TRACKING
Tracking information is provided for all orders and will be sent to the email address you provided. You will be able to track your order after you receive your order tracking email. If you do not receive an email with a tracking number, please contact us immediately with your order number.
*Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please allow ample time for inclement weather, unforeseen delays, a pandemic, holidays and carrier strikes when placing an order. You will be notified of any delays that we are made aware of.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Order processing begins immediately upon receipt of the payment confirmation. Orders can NOT be cancelled or changed once the payment has processed. No exceptions. Please do not inquire. Please make your selections carefully before submitting payment.
