Orders will begin processing upon receipt of payment and in the order in which they are received. In stock merchandise typically ships out in 2-3 business days. If you have placed a custom order or made a pre-sale purchase please refer to your order email for full details. Once the order is submitted, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the items you have selected, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 11am - 5pm EST.  Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not included in normal shipping days



In order to track your package, please refer to the tracking email provided with your order. Once a package is released to your selected shipping carrier it’s whereabouts are completely out of our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen carrier issues, inclement weather or carrier strikes. Please check with your carrier for information regarding your delivery status.
