In order to track your package, please refer to the tracking email provided with your order. Once a package is released to your selected shipping carrier it’s whereabouts are completely out of our control. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen carrier issues, inclement weather or carrier strikes. Please check with your carrier for information regarding your delivery status.

Order processing begins immediately upon receipt of the payment confirmation. Orders can NOT be cancelled or changed once the payment has processed. No exceptions. Please do not inquire. All JP Harper NYC garments are hand embellished, limited edition designs, and due to the intricate nature of each item, refunds, store credit and exchanges are prohibited. Please make your selections carefully before submitting payment as ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
