Refund & Exchange Policy

NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS ARE ALLOWED.
EXCHANGES are allowed within 10 days of receipt of the order and must be of equal or greater value than the original item purchased. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs related to the exchange. Item must be unworn, in excellent condition, with the original tags and returned to the address below.

Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange for the new item you’ve selected and email you an invoice for the transaction. If the new item is of greater value, the difference will be included in the invoice. 

All garments in the JP Harper NYC "LIMITED EDITION COLLECTION" are hand embellished, limited edition designs, and due to the intricate nature of each item, NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDITS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
